• User Content: Text prompts and uploaded images submitted for AI video generation, which are processed by our third-party AI provider (ByteDance Seedance 1.0).
• Payment Data: Payment metadata is handled securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Communication Data: Any messages or inquiries you send to us via email or our contact page.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our AI video generation services.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To communicate with you regarding your account, support requests, or service updates.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party service providers, solely for the purposes of operating our platform:

• Clerk: Authentication and user management.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• ByteDance (Seedance 1.0): AI video generation. Prompts and uploaded images are sent to this provider for processing.
• Google Firebase: Cloud storage for generated video files.
• Vercel: Website hosting and deployment.
• Neon (PostgreSQL): Database hosting for user and credit data.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Generated videos stored in cloud storage will also be deleted upon account closure.

6. Your Rights (Under Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO))

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), you have the right to:
