VidNexus is an AI-powered cinematic video generation platform operated by Aiboxlab Limited, registered in Hong Kong. Our registered address is Unit B6 12th Floor, Wing Wah Building, No. 677 King's Road, Hong Kong Island, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. For inquiries, contact us at contact@vidnexus.ai.

2. Platform Overview

vidnexus.ai provides a web application where users can:

• Register and authenticate via third-party providers or email
• View, manage, and purchase credits for cinematic video generation
• Generate AI-powered cinematic videos using advanced generative models
• Store and retrieve generated videos via cloud storage

3. Account and Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• Provide accurate information during sign-up
• Keep your login credentials secure

VidNexus reserves the right to terminate accounts for suspicious, illegal, or abusive behavior.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the platform for personal and lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
• Use AI-generated content for offensive, illegal, or harmful purposes
• Share or resell your account or credits

5. Credits and Payments

To generate cinematic AI videos, you will need to use credits. Credits can be purchased through our integrated payment processing services (Stripe). All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.

Credits do not expire, but they are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Used credits: No refunds are available once credits have been consumed to generate videos.
• Unused credits: Refunds for unused purchased credits may be requested within 7 days of purchase by emailing contact@vidnexus.ai.
• Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. AI Video Generation and Disclaimer

The AI video generation functionality on vidnexus.ai is provided through integration with third-party AI providers (ByteDance Seedance 1.0). Results can vary and we cannot guarantee that the output will meet specific subjective expectations.

8. Intellectual Property

vidnexus.ai and its contents are owned by Aiboxlab Limited. You retain all intellectual property rights in the final AI-generated videos created using our platform. You are free to use generated videos for commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party APIs or hosting providers.
• Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last six (6) months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the courts of Hong Kong.
